Residential
Overlooking the open landscapes of the Jordan Valley, this project brings together two homes on a single one-dunam plot — one for the parents, and the other for their daughter and her family. Though connected by a shared wall, each house is designed with its own identity, privacy, and rhythm, while maintaining an architectural harmony that reflects the family’s intergenerational bond.
The design embraces a restrained modern language, using a carefully selected palette of materials: exposed concrete, aluminum elements, and whitewashed masonry. These textures create a rich dialogue between permanence and lightness, between monumentality and intimacy.
Both homes open outward to their respective gardens, reinforcing a sense of independence while remaining visually connected. The result is a composition that feels grounded in its context — topographically, emotionally, and materially.
This is not just a shared property — it is a statement about continuity, proximity, and the quiet elegance of familial architecture.
