Residential
Perched on the hills of Poriya with panoramic views of the Sea of Galilee, the AV House is a bold private residence designed for a young family seeking a home that balances openness with intimacy.
Spanning 500 square meters, the design unfolds across a generous single level, organized around a central living area that opens to the landscape on both sides. Floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, while carefully positioned walls create private retreats within the open plan.
The material palette combines exposed concrete, natural stone, and warm wood — creating a dialogue between raw industrial character and domestic warmth. The result is a home that feels both monumental and deeply personal — a place shaped by the land it sits on and the life it shelters.
